Site Plan Proposal for Aging in Place
Little Portugal, Toronto
This neighbourhood is full of history, where neighbours have called it home for many decades. This proposal outlines the opportunity to transform the school ground at 30 Bank Street into housing for senior living. Not only can this add to the stock of housing options in the area with a gentle density increase but it can also support more residents of Little Portugal to age comfortably in the neighbourhood that has embraced them.
